Hardtop leak on a 2009 Conquest 305

Has anyone experienced a hardtop leak on a conquest 305?  I have caulked the radar and the spotlight

I have a conquest 255, I sometimes get water in the cabin from an opening in the aluminum frame of the hardtop.  Check to see if there's an opening in the aluminum where cables are run for electronics
