My SC5000 screen on our 2004 340DA died, so I'm looking at replacing the unit with the newer System View SC5000. I can see the 4-plug harness on the underdash; 3 are occupied with wrapped harnesses and one looks like a power-in lead (2 red and a black wire). And can feel the two ancillary plugs under the analogue gauges. Is this as plug-and-play as it appears in the harness instructions with the System View (other than enlarging the hole for the screen in the mounting plate)? Thanks, Rob.
