I bought a used 1994 200 Overnighter this year with the convertible top canvas(has the frame) and the mooring cover missing. Great Lakes Canva Co. Claims to be the original manufacturer and this is supported by the convertible top canvas bag's label. I think they also go by the name Great Lakes Boat Top as well. Anyways. I asked for a quote, and its outside my budget at the moment. They do not install nor provide the snaps. Just the canvas.
