I am trying to get a hold of someone...

I am trying to get a hold of someone from GG Schmitt regarding replacement ladder guides for the foldaway 2 step ladder on the 1999 190BR Signature as mine have rusted and broken over the years.  In the meantime I fabricated some with a 3D printer and will give them a try next season.  If you're in need of these parts and have access to a 3d printer give these a try and let me know if they work for you.

Welcome to the forum.

Nice job w/ the CAD design on those parts.

IMO the OEM steel parts are a better choice than those parts printed from plastic.

Here are mine on my 2000 380DA.

Great job! FYI, GG Schmitt does not sell retail any more. You need to order through a SeaRay dealer. I got my replacement swim ladder but it costs an arm and a leg.

@Vincent Ricaud Thanks for letting me know. I was under the impression their online sales were just temporarily suspended. Curious to see if these will work but would also like to replace with original parts if possible.

Have you recently checked their website or called?? About 6 weeks ago I was able to order from their site the repair kit for my ladder

You are right! Bummer! I waited for 9 months and then ordered through a dealer a few months ago.
