I have a 2002 360DA. the freezer frosts up to the point of a solid block of Ice. I think that the door seal is bad. I have been told that the seal cannot be replaced, and I need to purchase a new door. does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix?

Please post images of the door, seal, hinge and latch.
It may be that the hinge and latch have adjustments to change the seal compression that could improve the situation.

Mine was also freezing up and the rate at which it was doing so was increasing. I had a freon leak and ultimately replaced it due to age.

Wingless: thanks for the info. When I pulled the freezer out to get the pics I was able to see where I could adjust the door. I am not the best photog so I don't know if they helped at all. after three days the frosting is now at an acceptable level.
CurtP: I hope I don't have to replace at this time, but were you able to find a replacement that fit in the opening?
