I have a 2007 Sundancer 310, the rail in the cockpit leading up to the bow has loose bolts.  I was able to tighten the first three by inserting a crescent wrench between the door and the top cover.  My problem is that there does not appear a way to get at the bolt farthest forward (closest to bow).  Does anyone know how to access that bolt.

It looks like the loose screw is probably covered by the salon headliner, or headliner trim.

On my boat the foam / fabric headliner is attached to a thin plywood panel. The headliner / plywood is removed by exposing then removing hidden screws.

It may be that Sea Ray can provide documentation showing the headliner mounting upon request.
