Last August I discovered my anchor switches failed completely on my starboard pad. Called SeaRay customer service and they said FlounderPounder should have the replacement pad for my 2004 320DA. No luck. Resorted to Ebay and found a seller at https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-OEM-SEA-RAY-ELECTRICAL-SWITCH-PAD-STARBOARD-MODULE-RV3-SEARAY-1810626-/282017159737?&shqty=1&isGTR=1#shId.
It was not the exact match with wood grain trim. No matter, the all black pad looks great. I wish I could remember the seller's name, it was a marine supplier out of Hyannis, MA. All that info is on my boat back in Georgia. See pics
