I have had excellent results with Corinthian Marine Carpeting. I had some special requests for them and ended up making my own templates because I wanted the cockpit carpeting to fit like wall to wall carpeting so I could eliminate the snaps. I also wanted the edges surged, not bound with tape. They use a PVC backing that will not stick to the deck like the OEM carpeting does. My carpets look as good today as they did 6 years ago when we installed them. I couldn't be happier with the result. My carpet set is about the 10tth or 11th set of photos down on their Gallery page:
