For that model I dont know. Sea Ray often mount them high in the chain locker area to one side near the windlass.
I would look ahead of the bed for a removable panel/cushion on the very forward bulkhead that would get access to the chain locker. And check there for the Lofrans control box.
Note that there is also a regular solenoid in the helm area that turns the windlass on/off with the switch. You should be able hear that click when toggling the switch. If not, I would find and check that one first. Simpler and cheaper to replace 🙂
