stern drives gauge is stuck in the up position

My stern gauge needle is stuck in the up position always now.  But the stern drive is going up and down via the switch.  But I can tell it's not coming all the way up 100%.  Any clues to what has happen here before I Break Out Another Thousand?

Update this issue was fixed by Prince William Marina.  So thankful to be here.  But it cost a pretty penny, but well worth the quality of service.

Same thing happening on my 2015 210 SLX. Also fuel gauge stuck at 3/8 even when the tank is full.
