Can someone advise me on how to restore the attached aluminum (?) SR emblems? And what the best product to re-attach them?

The best option is to discard and replace those parts.

Another option is to use an aerosol metallic paint, for gold or silver, followed by double-sided tape, then artistic usage of a VERY sharp knife.
