I have a 92 or 93 Sea Ray 230.  I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get the back rests /safety bar for the seating furthest near the stern.

The original Sea Ray parts are probably looong gone.

Any decent marine upholstery shop should be more than capable of fabricating everything shown in the image from scratch.
