I am planning to renew the old engine Mercury 100hp 1.7 fitted on my Montauk 170 (2012 model) by new engine Mercury 100hp 2.1. Does anyone know which is the new propeller pitch / ref fitted in actual Montauk 170. Will perform ok old propeller in the new / lighter engine in the existing 2012 hull? or will be better performing of new pack (engine + propeller)?
