Replacement part for bow light on 2014 Montauk21

Hello,

I'm trying to find a lens cap for the bow light on my 2014 BW Montauk 21.  The light itself is in good shape, but the lens is cracked.  The folks at BW tell me the part (#1836209) has been discontinued so I'm searching other avenues to see if I can find the replacement part or an aftermarket part that will work.  I was wondering if you guys could help out?

Thank You,
CC

I have the same boat! just a 2020 year.  I have looked for you, and I am not seeing it anywhere.

I would call whaler again!  there has to be a replacement for it.  is my guess, and they would know where!  look at all my aftermarket resources don't see any that have it.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately BW has not been much help with this, which is very disappointing to me since they have always had excellent customer service. However, I did find a marine store (Nauset Marine) which has an LED replacement kit for the bow light which may work. The original BW part number(s) for the bow light assembly are no longer made (another disappointment). Hopefully the conversion kit will work.

Hello Capt,

I looked at Nauset as well, but i must have missed it.  I am sure it will work just fine.  I have purchased many things from them.  good luck let me know if you have more questions.

I have the same boat and I need that bow light as well.  Did the Nauset conversion kit work for you?
