Hi Capt, I have had this on other vessels i have owned. low cost fix: try those little rubber bumpers (self stick) Find them at Ace Hardware, Lowes, home depot, etc. You may have to shave them down a hair depending upon your closuer tolerence

Whaler specs the use of bunk-style trailers due to the weight of the boats. Rollers, when kept on the trailer, will cause divots.
