Sling Placement for 2022 Dauntless 250

Hi All...

Anyone know the best sling placement for my Dauntless 250?  Center of Gravity is roughly the front of the helm seat according to Whaler.  My plan is to place the boat with the CoG in the center between the two straps/slings.  Does that make sense?

FYI the sling lift is a temp storage solution during periods of low tides that don't allow me to get the boat off my cradle lift.

Along the top of the gunwale, there should be "Sling" indicator stickers.

So this has become a bit frustrating.  Captbrett as you pointed out the manual clearly says there are Sling markings on the gunwales.  However, I have looked everywhere and can not locate any obvious markings.  I reached out to BW service and they didn't give an answer either......just directed me back here.
