What is the best way to access the bulkhead forward of the engine compartment on the Sea Ray 420 AC Cruiser.

I’ve been trying to locate the speed and temperature transducer on our 420 AC Cruiser. The boat is in the water so I was looking around the hull in the engine compartment and haven’t found it so far. Any suggestions?

It is in front of the bulkhead wall separating the engine compartment.
