I have a 1976 22' Outage. Since it is very old, I want to confirm it is unsinkable to be peace of mind.

Also, is there a place I can download the manual for that old boat?
The fuel tank is 40 gallon, I feel it is a little small. Is it possible to upgrade it to a larger tank like 70+ gallons so we can go further places?
