Sprue hole cover open on 2018 SS150

Has anyone experienced the sprue hole cover in the anchor locker coming off?  The hull foam has expanded slightly causing the cover seal to separate.

Mix up some clear westsystem epoxy and recoat. Just want it to be watertight
