Prop Selection for 120mph monohull

Dears,

We want to hit 120mph with twin 500Rs on our 9.5m monohull.  I'm not overly confident in going with a cleaver as I had not so good results with them on outboards so far.  Could a bravo 1 or a Max 5 work, had these up to 100mph before?  There is a lot of aeration off transom and I'm worried to have props too high.  Pic attached of water (pink) to air (blue) from our CFD at 120 mph.  Anyone any thoughts or should we just go cleaver?  Would a Max 5 at around 33" work with a center as below pic or too much blade aerated at WOT, engine is at zero trim as shown here?
