Yup my 2003 220 Sundeck has same horn and I've replaced it once. More of a buzzer than an actual horn. Though you can hear it pretty far away.

The Bravo drive is a lot bigger than the Alpha drive and will add to the boat weight. I don't think you will get more speed by upgrading. I have a 2003 220 Sundeck with a 5.0 MPI and an alpha drive on it, if I trim it out at top speed I can get abou...
