I would check the AC condensate pan to make sure it draining and not overflowing. Also check your fresh water lines and the water heater. For me it was the water heater causing a leak last time.

We keep a Kurig coffee maker aboard. Keep the pods in a ziplock bag. It works great.

I purchased a small safe which fits in the cabin. I bolted that safe down to a secure place inside the cabin and keep our valuables inside of it.

I would suspect that the problem is with the power supply at your marina if you don’t have that same problem elsewhere. The 30 and 50 amp service come from the same power source to the marina.
