Swap the ecm from one motor to the other and see if the other motor will act up then u will know trust me took us a year to figure it out Everyone thought was ground or harness
Call sea ray parts (865) 971-6250 very helpful mine was dead they told me to disconnect it from the glass and spray it with wd40 move the actuator manually mine came back to life and it has been 2 years fine
