I have a 370 Searay . Engines run great, no issues. Problem is on Starboard engine, hard to get throttle in neutral to start engine.

I have a 370 Searay. Engines run great, no issues. Problem is on Starboard engine, I have to play with gear shifter to get in neutral to get it started. have to keep moving shifter up and down while pushing start button.
