Nikmoz, you may have to do some digging. They might not have made a camper top for your boat due to the exhaust fumes coming back into the boat. Call Great Lakes Boat Tops. They can tell if a camper top was OE or not.

If your still having a problem make sure the water line to the AC is clear. If you disconnect the line from the pump and use a float blow up pump or hose and make sure water or air is coming out the discharge on the side of the boat, then reattach it...

BoardRoom is correct. There is a known problem with the fuel coolers. Paint or barnacles. Paint flaking off inside blocks the fuel and barnacles can block the cooling water. Have a mechanic check the fuel pressure and water flow.
