Does anyone know how the bottom part of the back seat was originally mounted so it folds up against the back wall of the cockpit, but can be pulled out for use?  When I got my 220 last fall, the bottom part of the seat was with the boat, but was not ...

I have a 1989 Sea Ray 220 DA.  There are 3 clips on each side of the boat, located under the railing, evenly spaced from forward to aft (see attached photo).  I suspect they are fender clips.  Can anyone confirm that? Thanks Brian SmithMV Foxy Flamin...
