Use a flat wide screw driver gently prise open the top part of the light near the light end. This is a cap that's holding the light in place. When its prised open you will be able to gain access to the light.
Hi I don't know if this would help but have you tried putting the tv/receptacle switch on that's at the cabin main switch board. also the breaker will be under recept 15a. cheers
