Siitch Pads not working

HELP!! Only some of the buttons on both port and starboard switch pads are functioning on my 2001 280 dancer. Anyone have a steer for me? I hear fp marine may have a fix as I dont think I can get there switch pads from SR anymore.

i Have a 2001 280 Sun Dancer with twin mercruiser 4.3 210 HP. Manual says 30-60 at 200 RPM.
