I have a new to me 2017 Sea Ray SDX, and it has a spot on the lighting instrument panel that is labeled Hull. Is this where the switch would be for the transom underwater lights if they were installed?

If so, would the wire already be installed from the helm to the two spots on the transom where the lights would be installed?
