I am not clear where you live but great lakes boat top may have your boat on file. Sea Ray uses them almost exclusively. It comes quickly via FEDX or UPS.

Have you thought about replacing the IAC ( Idle Air Control Valve) I see it is easy to do and it may casue issues like this. Videos online seem to indicate it is easy to do. (DIY)
