I have a 2001 270 Sundancer with the Norcold AC/DC refrig. Recently it stopped working on AC from shore power or ship power from the generator. It operates if it is run on DC Power from the batteries, but not 120V

It is plugged in the outlet in the back and have power to the receptacle and other electrical outlets and GFCI. 

Any other suggestions to check for no AC power.

Mine has the same issue. Most likely problem is the power supply unit. It’s hard to find and expensive to replace if you can locate one. Good luck!

We also had a Norcold where the power supply went out and lucky for us it was the DC side that we replaced with a off the shelf DC supply. We called Norcold directly and they were nice about it but told us there was no replacement for that supply board. We could not find someone to repair it either. I guess they want to sell new units.
