Back in water after 7 years...

Hi all, excited to get back in boating...

Long story short, my boat has been sitting on land for the last 7 years. What are the things I need to do in order to get the boat back in shape?

Things I probably need:
- Oil change
- New Batteries
- Bottom paint

What are the things that I need to do since the boat has been sitting for such a long time. How can I test to make sure everything still works without being in the water?

We bought the boat new in 2006 but only used it for 10-15 times since then. Many thanks in advance!

I would have the fuel tanks pumped out and cleaned by a professional.  It will save problems down the road,  Also sanatize the fresh water system very well.
