I fixed the issue with the toilet ball valve that repeated cycling after a flush. This was resolved with discussion with the techs @ Skipper Buds and finally with the tech support @ Sealand. The fix was a new cam arm the allowed for the ball to open with the flush and only cycle once. My problem was two fold with repeated cycling one one flush and and then when the micro switch was re-adjusted to stop the cycling, the ball would not close completely preventing the vac pump from rebuilding vacuum pressure. Sealand was very helpful and sent a new cam arm. The ball then aligned properly in the basin with a single flush and sealed well. The repair requires complete disassembly of the toilet base to access the mechanism. The ball valve can be visualized well and centered prior to reassembly. Word of advice is to replace the basin seal/gasket and main stem O-ring during the re-assembly
