I have a 320 Sundancer, the port gas gauge only shows between 1/4 & 1/2.  When I power the boat down the gauge goes down to empty like normal but when I power it up it stops between 1/4 & 1/2, would that be the need on the gauge sticking, the gauge float in the tank - any suggestions on fixing this would be great - Thanks.

You didn’t mention the age of your fuel sensors. They do go bad and need to be replaced. And yes, the floats do stick. Good news is you are getting a signal.

I had the same problem. You have to change out the fuel sender located at and in the tank. I did both sides. Now I have accurate fuel information.
