Location of valve for throught hull for head intake?

Hi Everyone! Okay, so this is going to seem like a really stupid question, but here goes....
Just purchased a Sea Ray Sundancer 270. First Sea Ray. So far it is awesome. But one issue. No fresh water for the head when I try to flush. Apparently, the boat has been sitting for a few years, not having been used. The first thing I am thinking is that the valve for the intake is closed. But I can't locate it to check that. I would think there is a through hull somewhere for the water intake for the head? I have no idea where that is. To complicate matters, the boat has a macerator (first for me). I can see that through hull and the valve associated with it. I can't believe that it would be the same through hull for the intake and the discharge. So, that being the case, does anyone know where to look to find the valve for the water intake for the head?

I also think I may need to replace the upper valve by the pump handle as it has probably deteriorated. That's no big deal. 10 minute job. That may also be the reason that no water is going into the bowl when I pump.

ANY wisdom would be appreciated!!!!!
Thanks.

I have the same question for our Sea Ray Sundancer 260. Hope someone has an answer to this. We have owned our boat for less than a week.
