My boat is a 260 Sundancer - according to the owners manual it is 6,200 lbs but I weighed it and it was closer to 7,000. That was with full fuel (84 gal.)and water tanks (28 gal.) It also does not have a generator.
So you have 112 gallons of liquid. Water is heavier than gas, but for simplicity let’s use 6 pounds per gallon, so almost 700 pounds of liquids. Problem solved.
The weight shown in the manual is what is known as dry weight That means the weight of the base boat and engines and standard equipment. Water and fuel and anything else you bring on board adds to the weight.
