Hello, I just bought a 1998 310 Sun Dancer. It has cable steering and I am having steering problems. I turn my steering wheel fine in the slip, however when I am on the water going 1000rpm the steering starts getting really tight. I have to use two hands to turn it about half a turn. Is this normal or do I need to replace the cable. I am wondering if it is a rudder problem. I had the rudder repacked two weeks ago and the steering is still stiff. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
