I re upholstered my old boat. Don’t be scared to dig in & peel off the old stuff & use it as your pattern for the new vinyl. Same goes for the old plywood, just get green treated plywood, it’ll last longer than the laminated original stuff. Pull snuggly, reusing old foam & staple.
