Does anyone know of a good DIY video on removing a 5.7 from preferably a Sea Ray boat?

Water coming thru my speedometer guage in my dashboard??  It was working fine then all of a sudden I had water in my lap.  So how does this happen?

I was tole this was the spot where the speedometer capble whent thru????
