I am trying to remove backrests for cockpit seats to reupholster. 2007 Sundancer 310. Part numbers from parts manual.
#1 Part 1848252 Backrest for aft seat, (faces forward)
#17 Part 1848246 Aft facing seat.
The parts manual shows they lift/slide up to remove. The question is whether there are any fastenings that hold them in place that need to be removed. If so, where will I find them and when found what is the best way to remove them if not obvious. If no fastening would I then just want to use more force or is there some trick I need to know?
