I searched on Amazon and found http://www.gaugesaver.com/Send-Your-Gauges-In then sent to Eric the three SmartCraft gauges, two for RPM for each engine and the central one for speed. Eric changed the LCDs $75 each, and also sent me replacement lenses for the large, 4-in-1 gauges each for $45 (also on Amazon). Now my gauges are like new and I'm very happy with the repair. He even added free gauge covers to protect the displays from the sun when not in use. I think Eric can help you as well, strongly recommended.
