Need a little help if someone has knowledge to share. I own a 2002 Sundancer 320. Today when out on the lake, I got a Pump Alarm on my Systems Monitor. It said "Pump Alarm - Forward Sump." I could hear the alarm but could figure out what caused it or where I should look for issues. Any advice is appreciated.

So your forward Sump is in the floor of the cabin. If you are getting an alarm, chances are there is high water in it. Access it through door in floor and make sure it is working properly.

Thanks Korkie. I’m headed out to the boat shortly to check this out. I appreciate the insight and assistance.

Well, the shower/ac condenser sump isn’t working. It’s full of water. Going to order a new one tonight and get it installed. Thanks again.

It might just be a bad float or pump. Also may just be gunked up. Take a wet - dry vac and get the water out and take it apart and clean it up. You can use white vinegar n a small brush. It may be ok. After you get it all straight, poor some pine sol, a cup or so, (we use the tropical scent) down the shower drain and in the a/c pan few times a season. It will keep the gunk at bay and also leave a pleasant scent. You should exercise all of your bilge pumps at least a couple times per year to make sure they are working properly.
