We have a 2008 Sea Ray 330. The V-berth bed is stuck in the up position and an alarm sounds midway through lowering it. And tips on how to fix this?

Did you ever get an answer for this situation? Reason for asking - just ended up with the same problem.  How did you recitify the issue?
