I just bought this bought and was out on the water this weekend (3rd time out on the boat) and after about 7 minutes of driving it wide open the engine rpms backed off. I have been told that his may be either bad gas, possible injector issue, or perhaps the engine is going into "guardian mode" (though, I don't recall hearing any alarms).
Does anyone know the possible conditions that the engine would sense in order to go into guardian mode?
