Electrical

I have an 06 Sundancer 340SDA. I believe that I had an electrical surge. Left boat just fine one week. Next week chaos. Panels show full poser on both meters but, no lights in salon ( cockpit is fine). Microwave/coffee maker no power (outlet has power). AC unit not cycling now so freezes up after about an hour. Freon is good. Thermostat was reading too low so reprogrammed it. Assume circuit board is fried. Head pump not turning on. No sound on stereo. Just replaced both amps and speakers. All beakers are good in panel. I did find the GFI under the sink up in the cockpit fried as well but the refrigerator still works. Any suggestions on where to start? I love the microwave and took it to a shop. They said both boards were fried and replaced one but can not locate the other as LG no longer makes it (front panel one). The diodes are burnt. Does anyone repair the circuit board?
