So we had same windlass problem last night while anchor was down!  We have a 2019 Sundancer 320.  Couldn’t get out of anchorage until we hand pulled in the rode!  What a pain.  Looked all over for fuse or breaker.  The breaker on our boat is starboard mid ships. But fuse is in compartment in port side of anchor locker

on my 2007 310 there is a latching solenoid looks like an old ford starter one you find up on an old ford. I had to replace it locatedin engine compartment between engines on bulkhead in front you should see all the starter cables near it and you hear it click when you turn on windlass if its working and you could jump it in a pinch

My 500 DA has an additional switch at the helm. Make sure it’s on. It happened to me once as well.
