Sorry i was not clear on which the seat location; the small seat is at the foot of the bed under the hanging locker on the starboard side.

not enough room under that one for access or storage or on the port side step. the hull flares up and in , look in the compartment under the v-berth and to each side and most of the room there is centered

Thanks for the feedback, I have found the other areas and will make it work now just waiting for the lake to thaw to enjoy the boat.
