We are having starting issues with our 1999 40 foot dancer with cat diesels. Does anyone know if there are neutral safety switches under the transmission sticks in our particular model? We know this is not a starter problem, related to relays, and sparatic starting with the switches on the dash.

We have a'98 with 3126 Cats. I replaced my neutral safety switches and still have intermittent issues. I think it's more of a grounding issue. I just hit the starter switch a couple of times and it starts.

Had the same issue with my 3126 Cats and found a loose ground wire on the port side of the block.
