hello ,i have a 1994 24 bow rider searay 5.7 with a alph .gen 2 out drive my ?? is at 3000rpm it only goes 20 mph . i feel its in the prop that is 14.25x17 3 blade any one know what the right size should be on this boat bottom is clean and at dock it can rev to 4500rpms thanks brian
Prop it down, probably to a 15-pitch. Get some Mercury Quicksilver fuel products, all three or four of them, double their dose, and you should be good to go.
