My wife and I are closing on a 1989 340 Sundancer.  The Quicksilver 6.5 gas generator is very old and not in good shape.  Any suggestions as to an appropriate form fit function replacement?  Will a New Westerbeke Low CO 6.5kw generator work?

just keep that info it comes in very handy. just keep your eye on the water flow .the hole for water flow is small and if it gets clogged up it will overheat
